What personal information we collect and why.

We accept payments through PayPal and NAB transact. When processing payments, personal data required to manage or support the payment will be passed to PayPal or NAB. This information includes the purchase total and billing information.

Shipping providers have access to the information you provide us required to calculate shipping cost, make delivery and offer tracking services. This information includes your name, phone number, E-mail and delivery addresses. As well as the contents, weight and dimensions of the parcel. This information allows us to route the package and to answer queries from both the sender and the receiver.

Armchair Aviator takes measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration. We also take steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information when it is no longer required. The types of measures we take vary with the kind of information, the method of collection and storage.

We will provide free of charge any of your personal information we have on record given reasonable notice and proof of identity. You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you except for data that we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
