Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Product
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return for a replacement or refund.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that any returned product is adequately packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Changed your mind
If your purchase is not what you expected or you have changed your mind, we are happy to offer you a refund or store credit, excluding the original shipping charges. Don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss your return before sending it.
We can accept returns of non-defective products only if they are unopened, undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging upon arrival at our facility.
The customer is responsible for paying for and arranging return shipping. Please note that we will not be liable for any items damaged during return shipping.
Credits and Refunds
Credits and refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt and acceptance of the returned items. Please note that this process may take longer if the items must be tested or returned to the manufacturer.
All refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds made via credit card will be credited to the same card used for the transaction.
