RETURNS & WARRANTY
Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Product.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product please contact us so that arrangements can be made for the product to be returned for replacement or refund.
A copy of the original invoice must be included with the returned product. Failure to do so may result in the return not been accepted.
Replacement of items are subject to product warranty.
The purchaser is responsible to ensure that any returned product is suitably packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
Changed your mind.
We are only able to accept non-defective products for refund or exchange when returned in original packaging, unopened, undamaged and unused.
Purchaser must return goods with a copy of the original invoice and/or notify us of their intention to do so within 14 days from date of purchase. Failure to do so may result in the return not been accepted.
The purchaser is responsible to ensure that any returned product is suitably packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We will not accept responsibility for goods damaged during return shipping.
Please note that the return postage and original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Credits and Refunds.
Credits and refunds will be processed approximately within 10 business days of us receiving the returned goods. Goods that require testing or return to manufacture may take longer.
All refunds will be made by the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds for payments made by credit card will be made against the credit card used for that purchase.
