ORDERING & SHIPPING

Delivery Options and Time Frame.

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment being received. Please allow 24 hours for payments to be processed through the banking system. Orders are shipped via Australia Post from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be redirected to an address different from the one provided.

Orders within Australia
We provide flat-rate shipping of $10.00 for orders under $200.00 within Australia. Shipping is free for orders of $200.00 or more. All orders are shipped using Australia Post standard parcel post, which includes tracking and requires a signature upon delivery. Please note that a signature is not required for deliveries to P.O. Boxes or parcel collect and locker services. Delivery usually takes 2 to 6 business days after dispatch.

Express Post.
Express post is available for an additional fee, which will be calculated at checkout. Since we are located outside the express post network, Australia Post ships orders using the fastest possible delivery method on a non-guaranteed basis. This service includes tracking and requires a signature upon delivery, except for deliveries to P.O. Boxes and parcel collect or locker services.

International Post.
International shipments are sent via Australia Post. For estimated delivery time, visit the Australia Post International guide. Some articles, such as hazardous materials or very large items, cannot be sent internationally. Purchasers are responsible for duties and taxes payable to their country. Please check with the appropriate authorities before placing your order.

Cancellations and Changes of Order.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed. In this case, please refer to our Returns & Warranty page. We usually ship within 24 hours of payment being received.
