Hobby Master 1/72 Air Power Series HA4576 is a 1/72 scale diecast model of the McDonnell Douglas F-15E Strike Eagle serial number 88-0705. The commanding officer’s aircraft of the 90th Fighter Squadron (90th FS) “Dicemen”, 3rd Wing,  United States Air Force (USAF), in 2005.

90th FS, USAF

The 90th Fighter Squadron, part of the United States Air Force, serves under the 3rd Operations Group at Joint Base Elmendorf–Richardson, Alaska. The squadron currently operates the advanced F-22 Raptor.
The squadron, one of the oldest in the United States Air Force, began as the 90th Aero Squadron on August 20, 1917. Its aircrews fought on the Western Front during World War I, flew missions in the Pacific Theatre during World War II, and deployed to the Korean and Vietnam Wars.
From 1994 to 2007, the 90th Fighter Squadron operated the F-15E Strike Eagle before transitioning to the F-22 Raptor.

The F-15E Strike Eagle is a competent American two-seat, all-weather, multi-role strike fighter that first flew in December 1986 and entered service with the 336th Tactical Fighter Squadron in April 1989.

The Strike Eagle can reach speeds exceeding Mach 2.5, equivalent to 2,655 km/h (1,650 mph), and can carry a wide array of weapons from the U.S. Air Force inventory.

Exported to several countries, including South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Israel, and is anticipated to remain in active service with the U.S. Air Force until 2025.

Powering the F-15E are two Pratt & Whitney axial-flow after-burning turbofan engines.

For armament, the F-15E carries a cannon mounted in the starboard wing root and features five hardpoints for weapons, plus six more on each conformal fuel tank (CFT). These mounting points enable it to carry up to 10,999.8 kg (24,250 lb) of stores.
